First-time clients: Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment if you have not filled out your intake form in advance.
Gratuity: Cash only, please.
If scheduling an appointment for someone else: Please use the recipient’s name when booking and not your own.
Prenatal Massage: Prenatal massage is available for clients past their first trimester. Select members of our team are trained in prenatal massage therefore, clients must schedule the prenatal massage when booking. Please note that incorrectly scheduled massages for an individual who requires prenatal treatment will be assessed a nonrefundable, non-transferable cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the treatment.
Cancellation Policy:
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a nonrefundable, non-transferable cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled service. This fee will be charged to the credit/debit card on file or deducted from a gift card.
Due to the nature of our small practice and our commitment to fairly compensating our practitioners for their reserved time, this policy applies to all cancellations, including those due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. We understand that these situations can arise and appreciate your understanding of the need to sustain our business and support our team.
